How It Works
It's as easy as counting sheep. For the full 14 days of the challenge, track your sleep habits on the Wellbeing+ app (must be 18 or older) or with our free printable sleep diary.

Keep a Healthy Bedtime Routine
Nothing fancy necessary. Just simple habits that tell your brain it’s time to clock out, like journaling, nixing the screens, or listening to Bob Ross paint tiny little trees. Whatever floats your boat, floats ours.

Hit Your Daily Steps Goal
Pick a step goal that works for you and stick with it. Whether it's a long walk, an exercise class, or parking a few steps further at the grocery store, all you gotta do is move that bod.

Pick up a few new habits in the Wellbeing+ app or on our blog. You’ll learn practical tips you can actually use — like tracking your sleep schedule, how to eat for better sleep, and so much more.
