Pogo partnered with First United Bank to put on a series of free weekly cooking demonstrations and exercise classes! We started the year off right with new, healthy habits including cooking demos from Pogo's Fruit & Veggie Up Coalition Co Chair and Registered Dietitian Andrea Beck and Pogo Staff Member, Lindsay Goodson. Participants also enjoyed exercise classes such as Dance to Fit facilitated by the Shawnee Family YMCA and Yoga by Delinda Curtis. We also can't forget to mention the yummy snacks from delicious teas provided by the Healthy Hive and acai bowls from the Surf Bar!
